Psychologist, Couples and Family Therapist in Training
As a psychologist, my professional approach has been strongly shaped by systemic thinking, which views an individual's experiences and difficulties within the context of their relationships. Whether these relationships involve family, a partner, or the wider social environment, they play a significant role in shaping emotional wellbeing. For this reason, I strive to understand psychological challenges not in isolation, but within the broader network of relational dynamics.
This systemic perspective also guides my individual work with clients. Whether you are facing personal, relationship, or family-related difficulties, I believe it is essential to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where we can explore patterns of interaction and the connections that influence your current experiences.
As a family therapist in training, I provide couples and family counselling together with my psychologist colleague, Kitti Griszbacher, in a co-therapy setting. Working as two therapists allows us to gain a broader perspective on family and relationship dynamics while creating a balanced and supportive therapeutic process.
In couples and family therapy, I integrate the principles and methods of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) alongside systemic approaches. I also have experience working with families affected by autism spectrum conditions and ADHD, helping them better understand each other's needs, strengthen communication, and navigate everyday challenges.
Alongside empathy and acceptance, I consider it important that therapy offers a clear and meaningful direction. My aim is for our work together not only to deepen understanding but also to provide practical tools and lasting resources that support positive change in everyday life.
